Refund and return

Because water meters are supplied to project specifications and often configured or branded per order, returns are handled according to the terms agreed in the quotation and contract for that order.

Before ordering

Please confirm pipe size, flow range, quantity, configuration and destination market before placing an order. Where the model has not yet been selected, sending a project specification or tender document helps us confirm the correct model in advance.

Damaged or incorrect shipment

If a shipment arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order specification, contact us with the order reference and supporting photos so the case can be reviewed and resolved.

Product issues

Warranty coverage, claim procedure and remedies are specified in the quotation and contract for the order. Contact us with the model, order reference and a description of the issue so the applicable terms can be applied.
