Product specifications, configuration options and availability shown on this website are provided for general guidance. Final specifications, communication options, prepaid or valve-control functions, and certification coverage are confirmed for the selected model before order placement.

Quotations and orders

Quotations are issued based on the model, quantity, configuration and delivery requirements stated in the enquiry. Prices, lead times and minimum order quantities are confirmed in writing in the quotation and remain subject to the terms stated there.

Customisation

OEM branding, labelling, packaging and any change to the meter, communication protocol or software integration require a technical review before the customisation scope and pricing can be confirmed.

Delivery and risk

Delivery terms, shipment method and transfer of risk are agreed in the quotation for each order.

Certification

Certification and test documents depend on the model and destination market. Applicable documents are listed in the quotation.
